It lets me log in sometimes. It lets me send documents sometimes. When trying to get clients to sign in person, it’s embarrassing when I can’t get this thing to work.

I use DocuSign on a regular basis, it makes doing business convenient and efficient. I've been using DocuSign from my computer for years, but now have started using the app from my phone which makes multitasking that much easier!

This is a very convenient way to sign documents. There are times that the fields don’t work, and I have to do some weird clicking to get the field to fill in. Usually, this happens when I insert a lot of fields.

What happened?

What is wrong with the app? For a couple of weeks, after I sign and click finish, it takes forever. Then when I try to email the signed document, it gives me a screen to fill out an email. It used to access my contacts, what happened? After years of using this successfully, it is currently awful.
