Waste of time signing in

15 different submissions with no explanations of why it didn’t complete each time you have to open an email which in the DC area takes time even on four different email servers trying. As there is no clear indication of why. And then once you get a code that had worked to set up the email the next screen asks you to go through the bother of having to get a second code all over again You are never allowed to see the email entries which might have allowed you to see if that could have been the cause Why can’t they use Texts that show on an overlapping screen for one tap? Or better yet take advantage of Google or Apples secure password generation? To simply get this horror completed I used a minimum 6 unit password. Why can’t they allow an Apple generated password! It would have a face and fingerprint security? And then there is the waste of time 3 challenge questions which any hacker could get through Signing on is so 1990-ish Grow up

I had already signed up with DocuSign. However it would not let me proceed. It would not except my login for any of the password security questions. I had to re-create several times. Finally without warning or any rhyme or reason it went through.
Disappointing updates

It’s always frustrating when an app developer removes or reduces app functionality in updates. Why? The visuals are different but no improvement. Reduced functionalities mean I have to go to the website to do certain things like remind signatories to sign, whereas I used to be able to do this through the app.
