Trouble with Documents

I'm trying to use Documents to communicate with a friend who is visually impaired. I enlarged type but when I saved it the app converted it to smaller text. I want to attach it and send with an email but I am frustrated.
I have just started using Documents, but it looks great so far.

I am an author and I write every day in Google docs. It looks like this may be even better, at least I was able to access all of my files on Google docs and download a test of each type. Very easy!

I wanted to read pdf-s and Word documents on my IWatch, so I copied them to this app, but when I tried to open them on IWatch, it showed an error message.
