Once you have this subscription to docmall, it works great. You do have to have an account but this was not intended for retail use. Previous review suggest they didn't have an account. But for those who do its a great tool.
Good Idea, Poor Execution. Virtually Non-Functional

You can browse documents manually but searching is terribly unreliable and frustrating. App has not been updated for the iPhone 5 and when scrolling to the bottom if a list the last document/field is obscured and cannot be selected. This app is basically useless and gives the impression that it has been abandoned.
