It doesn't work. I save it and then it goes to my photos. It does NOT change my Dock bar

The app takes a picture from your camera roll and adds a dock on the bottom. Although, once you save the picture and set it as your wallpaper, it isn't even shown, dont waste your money. I wouldn't even get this app again if it was free.
How to use

Pick a background from photos then pic the icon bar press it the day save to photos go to photos download as your home screen and then you have a great way to have a nice phone
