4/5 from Touch Arcade: "gets at the heart of classic arcade games, where simple controls often managed to translate into complex behavior."

A 2D Pixel Art game by Quantum Sheep, inspired by the docking sequence from the classic ‘Elite’ as well as Kubrick’s seminal work, 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Pilot your ship across 10 systems to dock in 100 stations and make your way home! Swipe to move, tap + hold to stop!

Stations rotate, making docking tricky. Then there’s those pesky space pirates to deal with. Asteroid fields. Mines. Wormholes.

But the trickiest part, by far, is docking! As you’ll soon discover!

Good luck, Pilot! :D

Another instant classic from Quantum Sheep!

Docking Sequence is a high scoring game at it's core, with endless replay value. There are also 100 levels of space themed goodness to complete, chock-full of Easter eggs and nods to classic space movies. The gameplay is simple to describe, but difficult to master. Navigate your space ship around asteroids, mines, and other obstacles by swiping a direction to try and dock your craft without crashing. Rounding out the package are a ton of unlockables, including loads of achievements, color schemes, music, and ships. Quantum Sheep is a one man "team" that continuously delivers outstanding iOS games. Docking Sequence is no exception.

Unresponsive controls, Terrible music

I don't get what's so fun about docking and saving people. This game should be free and is a major let down. It's gonna be one of the games i play for 5 min. About every day and say O look that game. Bottom line= very creative but a major letdown for 99 cents

Fail
OrgnlDave

This seemed like it had a lot of potential but tapping the screen does not stop like. The tutorial says. Game unplayable. iPad 4. I'm sure author will fix it quickly.

Controls very Janky
joshwand

Game has potential but need to fix control sensitivity

Buggy

Fix the control bugs dudes. Cool premise but swiping uses life and doesnt modify the trajectory of the ship. Kinda kills playability.
