Easy to use, almost perfect

This app is great but I have a few "wish list" items. One is that the app sync between my devices without needing to open it. Also, I wish I could just grab items out of my email rather e having to type each task item. Finally, it would be great if there were the ability to tack notes onto the task entries so that I could keep track of status of ongoing items all in one place.

I really love the app. The organization and simplicity make it a joy to use. Really flexible with categorizing different tasks and being able to divide tasks by urgency and importance is the best idea for a task list. The only thing that would make it better is if it sent you reminders to check your overall task list like you are able to do on the My Wonderful Goals app. That option would merit the 5th star.

Many tasks are weekly, but who wants to keep re entering them? Add the ability to set recurring tasks for a 5-star app rating. Meanwhile, nice interface, and brilliant logic make this a great time management app.

I don't know why another reviewer said you can't delete or mark as done. Just swipe to the right. It's both a feature and a draw back that the interface is quite minimalist - some functions are not obvious. That's part of the draw though. You want get the noise of an interface out of the way so you can focus on what needs to get done. I don't put a lot of things on this app. I use it to keep me focused on things that don't make a lot of "noise" but are important to work on and get done or to track things that are easy to overlook. I've found it helpful for getting things done, which makes it worth the price.

In five minutes I have concluded that this app presents to-do items in the best visual configuration , showing a snapshot of priorities as well as categories. It allows multiple list types that can be viewed individually or as a summary icon. Ex. Main screen shows grid of how many items, order of priority and if those priorities are for work, shopping, ideas, family etc. changing a category requires sliding the icon list up until the desired icon is on bold. Editing is a snap. My only complaint is the lack of color choices for the theme but I'm guessing this will improve with future updates. Nice, intelligent, useful app. Worth 2 bucks.

I tried lots of other to do style apps. This one just works for me because of its visual make up. Not super fancy not overly complicated just easy to use reminders work well

As someone who balances multiple to do's, this helps me focus on the most important tasks. Apple Reminders lacks that option so I use it to store my tasks and the Do Matrix for what I need to do this week. Small glitch where it's not syncing between devices right now. Thanks!
