Initialization troubles

I’m an existing Helix customer. Bought this app today from the Helix store but the app is unable to connect to Helix.com. It tries to do something via the web browser. That fails (apparently) and ends with a completely blank web page. Just the word DONE in the upper left. Clicking that does nothing. HELP!
Interesting and practical

I found this analysis to be much much user friendly, with practical information, than the information gleaned by others using similar companies. Many of the results confirmed suspicions I had always had, especially concering health. Our entire family has enjoyed my experience, and I would definitely recommend it highly to others.

Wondering if you can run the test again, since my French ancestry didn’t show up? My brother also had his DNA tested with another lab, which did not show our French genealogy. He received an update a few weeks later and there it was, and the lesser percentages were removed. My Great-grandfather was from France.
Health information was trivial

Many of the markets are irrelevant for testing purposes. I already know my eye color, height, freckling, etc... I wouldn’t pay for a test to tell me things I already know. Many! Of the markets were incorrect. It was very disappointing to pay for a test and to not receive any informative health information. I’m so disappointed in both the categories included and in the inaccuracies reported. I feel I’ve wasted my money.
