Trying to use it, all I get is a screen saying to use DJI go 4. Okay. But then I open it and go 4 says my device (iPhone X) is incompatible? Please figure out a workaround. I should be able to use one of these apps, but currently I can’t use either.

Crashes at literally every single corner, any time the drone is connected to the app it crashes upon initializing. Absolutely horrendous and irritating
Osmo 3 support please

I just bought the osmo mobile 3 with the intention of using it for Facebook live. I think this app should allow me to do that, but my device is not yet supported. Maybe it’s too new.

Since purchasing the Phantom 3 I have had repeated app issues with DJI. Then, for some stupide reason I purchased the OSMO Mobile 2 and had to return it to Best Buy because it wouldn’t work longer than five minutes. The new devise worked great for about a week and then had the same problem. Save yourself some trouble and AVOID all DJI products. Customer service is now telling me it is t compatible with an iPhone 11 Pro or the iPad Pro. Then when I informed them I also tried it with a five year old iPad they said “is there a chance for you to try and Android device?” I was like are F’ing serious?

I have no idea how to take pictures or videos on the DJI go app, and I need help- until I learn how I leave 1 Star.

No support for using the product’s advanced features while streaming. DJI plays dumb and suggests they’ll consider adding it if there is demand.

Words can’t describe how horrible this app is. It bugs out 85% of the time I open it and is not intuitive what-so-ever. Who ever made this app should be ashamed.

I just deleted and re-downloaded the app and now it just boots for a couple seconds and disappears.
