What is "DIVE" ?

This is the 10th game from SummerTimeStudio, the mobile game development studio in Okinawa, Japan.
The massive open world deep-sea exploration that gives you the freedom to explore and discover while enjoying the view from your submarine.
From the multi colored tropical wild life that swims through the coral to the secrets hidden behind the beauty of the ocean, everything can be accessed from the palm of your hands.
Drift through the waters to find the treasures, ancient ruins, and run into creatures that you have never seen before.

------

1. STORY

You are a deep ocean explorer determined to discover the mysteries of the ocean.
From a place that the sun makes the waves of the ocean glisten in elegance, you will swim peacefully among the fish and observe the tropical paradise that extends into a world that gets darker and mysterious as you go deeper.
As you go further into the depths of the sea, you will find an ancient abandoned palace with a hidden door that will lead to new discovery…
There will be secrets, there will be answers hidden deep within the waters.

----

2. FEATURES

The controls are very simple and easy to play.

----

Competition and battles are not the main idea of the game, so you can play the game depending on the way you feel.

----

There are seven different upgrade parts to the ship.
You can pick up and sell the treasure you find to buy the parts!
By upgrading, you will be able to withstand higher pressures, achieve higher speeds, and increase the number of treasure you can carry at once.

----

If some places look “fishy” try shooting a torpedo at it! Chances are, you will open up a new path for you to explore…!
There could be monsters dwelling within, but luckily, torpedoes are also effective against living things.

----

The sea monsters are said to be guardians of treasures…

Controls need fixed STAT!!!

I love this little gem, it's the ONLY undersea treasure hunting, boss fighting, submarine game in full 3D that I've seen period. But bad control schemes have destroyed the playability of even the best games. Pair that with the game freezing up sporadically forcing me to wait for a couple minutes for it to unfreeze every time it happens, which wouldn't be bad except it happens way too much. Back to the controls though. Turning or diving/surfacing requires you to press anywhere on the screen and as well as being able to maneuver it also starts the sub moving forward, max upgrade means you move crazy fast in tight areas. Which isn't the only problem, there is no way to ease into a direction to make the sub turn that direction slowly, once you move out of the dead zone it starts turning equally fast. This NEEDS changed SOON, not just for better control but also for more realism and enjoyment. As it is the game feels like too much of a battle to control the sub that it's not worth playing. To improve the game here's my suggestion: ONE slider for speed, that can be set in the middle to stop, forward in many degrees to make the sub move forward at any desired speed, and have the same on the bottom of the slider to make the sub move backwards at any desired speed. Also the slider should only move when the player moves it, not like some that return to center. Or maybe even a toggle to make it reset when let go. Just as importantly the maneuvering control needs to be able to register small inputs so that maneuvering isn't a burden. Lastly the freezing needs addressed, it's not as big an issue as the controls but it is important.
