Dive Log

Dive Log is designed to work either as your primary SCUBA diving logbook application or in conjunction with compatible 3rd party desktop logbook applications. You can use Dive Log at the dive site or on the dive boat to capture the information about the site while it is fresh in your mind (or your dive guide's mind). You can even capture the GPS coordinates of the dive site using the built in location services of your iOS device. Details about your actual dive can be added immediately after your dive or at the après dive event and later be saved to your desktop computer. The dive buddy feature is fully integrated with Contacts on your iPhone or iPad, letting you capture information about your newest dive buddy or quickly add an existing buddy to a particular dive. The dive data and statistics features let you have an immediate answer the next time your dive guide asks how much weight you used on your last dive or have all the information you need about your dive history when you fill out that next dive waiver. Metric and Imperial values are supported for all appropriate logbook fields. You can easily enter values using the appropriate units for the situation and view them in your preferred measurement system. You can even explore detailed dive profiles from popular dive computers that you download with your desktop software and later upload to Dive Log on iPhone/iPad. Dive profile data can also be transferred directly from certain dive computers directly via Bluetooth or using a supported Bluetooth accessory and an associated in-app purchase.

Perfect Dive Log
theBlueGecko

I’ve been using Dive Log for years. 920 logged dives in it so far. It gives me all the info I want about my diving - where I’ve been, details on each dive, tracks my gear equipment servicing, statistics by year and dive site. I never go diving without it!

Amazing app with great customer support
Sharkbombard

I have been using this app for a while now and I can say I really like using it. There are numerous features to fit all of your needs and importantly you can backup your entire log to the cloud. Also to note, the customer service behind this app is great. When I’ve had questions, they respond promptly and look into my problems with great detail. One thing that you should know though that is if you wanted to be able to upload dives straight from your computer, you are able to do so but have to pay a small fee (check in-app purchases), so do factor that into how much you’re going to be spending on this app. Overall though, I highly recommend this app, and I would say the price to support the app and the people behind it is definitely worth it.

Great App, needs more computers
HiBobM

I like this app. I could see it being a great app with a few improvements. First, add Genesis Centauri Computers. Second, have a national database dive shops rather than having people input the. Third, have the major companies equipment added to choose from rather than having people input them in.

Hands down the best app with best support.

I’ve now had this app on my phone and desktop for YEARS. I’ve tried others, but keep coming back to this one. The support is top notch (rarely needed) and always quick to respond. I love that I can record things on my phone or computer and synch then back them up in multiple locations. No danger of losing my log to a computer or phone failure.

Best Logbook App
Mwflannery

By far the best logbook app out there. I have tried several with much frustration. This app is perfect. It integrates seamlessly with my G2 computer. Stop looking for the perfect dive log app, you found it. Now buy it and enjoy your diving.

Amazing app

This developer had worked tireless to developing a software that works seamlessly on all of my devices ( iPad, Droid, and Windows). I can access my certification from my phone at the dive shop when I travel. I used it for years with my Sunnto Vyper and now with my new Shearwater Perdix AI.

My Favorite App

Absolutely LOVE this app! I like the fact I can view my stats and easily find past dives at specific sites. Just a well designed app with zero failures, this far

Excellent job!

This app has made a lot of improvements over the years. Excellent job! I know really enjoy using it!

Good, but lacks functionality for the price

DeepBlu app is better (if they support your computer) and free. The GPS logging of dive sites on DeepBlu is way better because you can actually see other dive sites on it. This app’s GPS function doesn’t even work as far as I can tell. It tells you where you are, but it doesn’t let you save that location to your dive log. Not worth paying money for

Great App

This is a great dive log! The only request is that you update the option to be able to upload directly from a Garmin Descent MK2i. I used to upload directly from my Teric but I now have a Descent.
