One needs to practice before actually taking out for a spin. Once you have the hang of it, it is extremely functional.
Wyoming Man
Best mind expansion tool for stargazers. Fun way to explore the dark skies of Wyoming, or to pierce the haze of light pollution so common in most of the lower 48. Space travel feature provides unique perspectives for whimsical or serious inquiries. Current feeds from Astronomy Magazine keep you updated on celestial events.

Have tried several star map apps, love this one the best! Little learning curve but worth it.

Just absolutely phenomenal. I'm not much into astrology (as in I don't know squat) So I can only imagine what this is like for some one who knows what it all means. Haha awesome app

His app has so much. It makes it really easy to find stars you can see, especially with the 'What's up?' screen that shows all the planets and constellations that are visible. News portion is nice too. Thank you for 64bit support.

I have tried a few and this is by far my favorite, even bought a telescope after getting so into the app! Well Done! Go Explore Space!

Pretty, but it boils down to just another dumb sky app that is unintuitive, difficult to understand, and impossible to use.

Difficult-to use and confusing interface. Lags behind when moving screen. "Cursor" is difficult to use - you have to hold the phone almost completely still to get star information, plus it's difficult to aim etc. There's little white triangles at the corners of the screen, may be pointing to something, but I cannot figure out what they do (have tried "following" the arrows, and they point to nothing). Some of the text on the help and preference menus overlaps so it's hard to read. Various improvements needed. If it weren't free I'd be getting a refund. The price is about the only good thing about it.
