Just started but already upset

I’m upset about something really minor. Sleeping Beauty is my favorite Disney movie. My daughter is even named Aurora because of it. Is she a hero? No. I don’t know why most people never add Sleeping Beauty to things. Maybe add her and I’ll give it a 5 star.

TUTORIAL and microtransactions

Tutorial is way, way too long. Gamers do not need this much hand holding. Let us play the actual game. The game also drowns you in ads and microtransactions. It practically BEGS you to spend money, it’s insane. The devs don’t seem to be responding to this criticism either. Seems to be par for the course for all Disney games at this point.

Game is fun but one complain

I have a lot of problems because i want to get the character ian from onward but he never appears in exchange and when i was going to buy him in the offer the offer changed please make his stadistis on appearing in the offers or the exchange higher thank you.

They just want money

I’ve played for years. The only people succeeding in this game are the people spending hundreds and hundreds on the game. Yes I said hundreds.... but it’s probably way past the thousands. Don’t bother if you actually want games with a challenge of the brain and not the wallet. Not to mention the game constantly crashes and needs to be redownloaded..

This has been a really fun game. However, over the last several weeks there has been a lot more buffering screens, slow load time, it would kick me out of PvPs randomly. It would also just randomly crash for no reason. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

Great game, support is to be desired

This game is fun. It’s easy and quick to get your character builds. You can build your team quickly if you pay a little. There are certain teams that are more effective and so if you focus on building one team, you’ll do fairly well without spending an insane amount. Once you find a good club, it actually is worth going through the dungeons everyday as those points also contribute to your character builds. The events are difficult to master all. You may have to be choosy at the beginning in which to finish or you may spread yourself thin. The PVP bot and real time battles can also help but very minimally, in my opinion. Daily play doesn’t require a lot but it can help your overall leveling up. You’ll find yourself in need of gold as your characters get stronger. So again, only use gold on characters you want to build if you don’t want to spend real money. That said, this game can also be glitchy. Do not expect “customer care” to do anything to help. They are worse than Google support. They are like dispatchers with the very short fuse. They close tickets prematurely without giving you any real assistance. The best answer I got from them was we’ll forward this to development but don’t expect anything to change (paraphrased). This is why I’m giving this 4 stars. The poor support has given a sour note to an otherwise fun and engaging game.

Great game, terrible tech issues

I love the game, and have been playing for around a year. The past couple of months I’ve had a lot of connection issues. Sometimes this is mild annoyance, but when playing in PVP getting disconnected has caused me to lose against my opponent. I’ve also had the game disconnect while opening rewards, just to log back in and see that the rewards have been collected, with no clue as to what I got or if I actually got anything. The game is fun and well balanced, but the recent connection issues make me want to abandon it.

Very Addictive & Entertaining

First I want to mention that I highly enjoy this game and I play it off and on through out the day. I have two complaints: 1. While in PVP Arena mode and Sorcerer’s Tournament I’ll be ready to choose a move that could alter the course of the battle in my favor and the game freezes. Then it reboots the screen and my move had been auto picked by the game and for that character and sometimes my next character. 2. The newest complaint are the bonus videos for energy and supplies are not loading and it states “Searching for more ad content to display. Please try again momentarily.” This hinders the process of the game and diminishes the quality and enjoyment overall.

Welcome all Disney lovers, young & young at heart!? Totally love this game! It is in fact, thee only game that I’ve EVER played DAILY, and not gotten sick of playing.. The Devs are always adding new, fun & exciting features.. characters, game modes, events, & so on! With DSA the possibilities are endless (seriously.. endless)! With DSA we have a huge & wonderful community of so many people who play! I highly recommend playing this game! It’s truly a blast! *Fun fact: Next month it’ll be one year that I started playing (March 29th to be exact) & I have literally played EVERY single day, without missin a beat...?That my friends, is just how addicting this game is!?

I love everything about Disney Arena. I have played similar games (Star Wars, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, etc.) which all are basically the same as Disney Arena. However, the one downside to this game is the “FREE” diamonds and then the battles where your rewards should be a character. 1) The free diamonds require numerous different actions. Well, I have continued to do a lot of them and I have yet to receive many of my free diamonds. As of right now I am owed 9835 diamonds and I have NOT received any of them. I literally use my time to watch ads, complete surveys, and even order things from certain websites that it prompts you to. I think I may have only gotten 15 diamonds at the most and I personally feel that isn’t right. 2) As far as doing the battles to receive characters, it will say I got one **(1/30)** but then I go to my characters list and I still have the same amount of as before. It’s like it isn’t registering or something and that becomes very frustrating. *** I would really like to spend actual money on this game to buy chest (to get more cards for characters), diamonds, coins, potions, etc. but I am afraid to take that chance because I do NOT want to get ripped off or some strange glitch happen. *** (*) At the end of the day however, I play this game multiple times throughout the day and at least once a day. I even have a note pad that I write down all of the characters different attacks and exactly what they do so I know who to use in a particular battles. The strategic planning it takes to defeat certain battles is so much fun. If you are stuck deciding wether to download it or not, just do it! You will absolutely not regret it at all!! The developers have done a remarkable job with this game! (*)
