Good but some issues

I love this game. It’s my favorite game to play when I’m bored or not. Although somethings bother me. I’m 8 years old and I still can’t get past the part were you put the chairs for the gala. I’ve been on that level for 1 and a half months. You might say I’m bad at the game but I’m 8
Why is does this game Freeze?

Please remove the bug, i am at 198, i cleared the game, still it keeps telling me that i need one ice to break. This is so frustrating since I have bought some packages. Please fix this

Levels freeze up and you lose all progress. Seems to happen mostly when you “buy” more moves and you lose the money you spent to purchase coins. Love the game otherwise.
Has a bug ?

Really fun game however my phone died at the part when Anna figures out what her dad is hiding and now nothing prompts me to anything. I can still play levels but I’m stuck at 96% for the third area and cannot progress or unlock anything else. Please fix!
Not worth it

I have been playing this game for a few months now. When I started it was fun and challenging. Now I spend weeks trying to get through just one board. Yes, you can use coins to get extra moves, but when you are out you have to buy them or watch a video of another app to get 3 moves. Just not any fun any more.

The game was actually fun when it wouldn’t freeze up took too long to load and I had to uninstall and install it several times finally had to uninstall because it just wouldn’t play if they would fix this problem the game would actually be great
