Easy to use but the addition of Apple Pay would take this to the next level

The only thing this app is good for is to order items straight off the menu. If that is something you usually do, please download the app! One of my favorite things about Dion’s is how it’s free/really easy to substitute toppings unfortunately, there is little/no way of customizing your pizza, subs or salads on this app or online. I always end up wasting a bunch of time trying to figure it out and end up calling anyways. So, just save yourself some time and don’t try to figure out the app and just call it in.

Easy to order, but paying is a pain. I always have to log in each time and then enter my credit card CV number. They really need to add Apple Pay.

Seriously. Your app logs me out every time I try to use it, and I have to verify my credit card information every time I order. What is the point of saving the credit card information if I have to go get the stupid card every time? Please either fix that or just allow Apple Pay.

Wrong location

I made an order for the location 5 minutes away from me and it somehow was sent to a location 30 minutes away from me. I then had to wait longer for the order to be fulfilled by the location it was supposed to be at. I won’t be using the app to order again.

I was told that Dion’s had a mobile app and checked it out. It’s good overall but could use some improvements that would make it more pleasant and easier to use. I enjoy ordering a Kansas City sub (which is essentially the pizza in sub form) but I cannot fully customize a sub order like I would like to. Even when I select Pastrami and Provolone I cannot change the base meat to chicken instead of Provolone. I would greatly appreciate having the option to fully customize a sub like I can with pizza so I can have choose which base meat and lettuce I’d like to use. Gotta say it’s nice seeing Dion’s trying to be more accessible! I hope to see more great things.
