The app won’t access My camera and it doesn’t show up in the settings/privacy/camera like they say. I have an iPhone 10 and it is not working. After several e-mails to customer service I only get ignored. They won’t reply even after I asked for my money back that I paid for the upgrade! The customer service is as terrible as the app!

Doesn’t allow me to use the camera. Even went into privacy settings and it’s not giving me the option to turn the camera on. Please update your app and fix. My 4 year old wanted to play with this :(

I,m 9 Years old and I like this game but there’s a problem. I have a little pug puppy named rolly and he is horrified of this Game. To be honest with you, it is kinda creepy when the dinos Get eaten. Especially for infants of any kind. But just so you know,I like this game a lot but please do fix the bugs in this app.

I’ve downloaded and uninstalled and then re-downloaded a bunch of times. It keeps saying I need to go into my settings and allow access to my camera. It won’t show up as an app to even allow it to do that. Not sure why it won’t work. My kids would love this app.
Camera access doesn’t work despite upgrade

Was forced to give one star to post review but truly deserves NO STARS!! I chose this augmented reality mobile app to review for my technology for teachers graduate class instead of many other options. I downloaded it and paid for the upgrade to have full access including camera photos. After going into my settings/privacy/camera, it was not listed as an app in existence there. I powered my phone down to do a hard refresh and tried again to no avail. I paid the modest 99 cents plus tax to have meaningless pop up messages instructing me to give camera access. Thank you for deceiving yet another user to believing we would get what was advertised and paid for! Either update your app, or only offer the free version.

This would be a cool app if it did what it promised. But I am unable to access the camera feature and the instructions for turning on the camera feature doesn’t help. Maybe just not compatible with iPhone X

It’s June 28th and no response! I am babysitting an artistic child tomorrow who loves dinosaurs! I want to use this app to entertain him. I have followed your instructions for enabling the camera to no avail. In the privacy camera options Dinosaurs does not appear to have requested access. Please help me get this fixed! June 13 th - I had used this in the past without problems. At that time i had camera access and was very happy with this app taking pictures of my grandchildren in their yard encountering dinosaurs. Now, I don’t have that access anymore and am not able to turn on camera access. Your instructions give commands that are not available in your settings tab. Help me access the camera and I will be 100% happy.
