Unable to unlock levels

This is disappointing as there is no way to unlock other levels until you pay for them......no way to “accrue” points/medals/points to move to next levels or vehicles

We have purchased this game and nothing unlocks. We can not find any way to unlock the game. It has left our six year old in tears multiple times. The game looks great, but it is not possible to unlock levels. Even after multiple payments we can not unlock levels.
It’s a nice game

My 6 year old says this is a fun game, she’s found hidden tunnels and enjoys the music. Easy to play and controls are simple for kids.
