Glitched
Oilycandies
This game was fun for the first part but then I got a glitch that made it so I could not continue and would freeze the screen. I tried deleting the app, sat with customer service which took a day to answer, got my account back with my progress. The glitch was still there and I contacted customer service again to try to fix it and all I got was basic restart the app, close all other apps, turn your phone off. Nothing worked and when I told customer service nothing was working they sent me the same list of instructions. I dont believe this is a problem on my end. I dont want to delete my save because I dont want to go through the tutorial again. It was a really fun game up until it glitched, wish I was able to play more.
Getting more frustrating

Game play is awesome. BUT what I don’t love is how the free plays end well before the actual time period. Anytime a free at is offered whether it’s 24 hours or 3 days I ALWAYS set a timer and yet it still never makes it to the actual time they originally stated. If we could get past that I will be perfectly satisfied. I also don’t mind spending money on the game as it it something I enjoy almost daily.
Whats going on?

I downloaded yesterday and it’s already giving me problems. I was so excited playing enjoying the game, now it freezes on the daily challenge and won’t let me click exit. It’s not letting me do anything. I turned on and off my phone a couple times already and it’s not working. This is not right. I’m still on level one lol, how it’s broken on level one? Please fix it. I was about to invest my money in it thank God I didn’t. Smh
Game frequently doesn’t track progress

I have issues with the game where no meals are ready to be made but all the characters are still waiting for something. As far as I know there is no way to contact support reading this issue.

This is the only game app I can find similar to the classics diner dash game. The only thing so far I don’t like is the level boosts are automatically checked... I often click to start the level too fast and quickly use up my boosts. I’m still new to this game, but so far I enjoy it a lot.

I think this game is really great as far as free games go! You don’t have to spend money to progress but of course it takes a bit of patience as you get to harder levels. There are always different events going on you can earn nice rewards from and the free gem offers are decent too. The story is cute and funny even if it’s a bit cheesy. It’s been one of my favorite free to play games so far.
Needs a boy option

I would love if you could play as Cookie or Flo but otherwise it’s a great game! Definitely recommend it.
Change in cleaning sequence

What’s with the change on the room cleaning sequence?! It’s messed me all up! Been playing this game for a long time and I’m on auto pilot. This change is incredibly frustrating and I don’t see the point in it. Is this permanent? Are other users annoyed with this change? Makes me want to quit playing. I would have given this game a four star rating before this change but because of this I’m giving it a 2.
