Phone Verification doesn’t work - Stuck

I have a monthly subscription for DilMil. For some reason, I had to reset my iphone which erased all apps. After resetting Phone, I installed the app again on my iphone and in the phone verification step it is not able to send code to my #. My no is correct and it works for verification on all other apps. Also there is no secondary verification with email or phone call. Inspite of paying for the app, I am completely frustrated with this kind of experience. Please refund my subscription amount since I am literally stuck and not able to use your service.

I had hopes for this app. Unfortunately it just hasn’t gotten better over time. Uploading profiles pics is a nightmare. Connecting with folks nearby is nearly impossible. It’s a solid 1/5.

I have been using this app for a couple of weeks and unhappy with several things. Majority of the time I open the app there alway seems to be an error. When I started using this app I wasn’t able to post a bio. Every time I posted something it would erase. I emailed the Dil mil customer service and they did not to help me. Also distance option are very limited. It’s seem that everyone is across the country.

I keep adding a bio and traits and everything disappears after 10 min. Even notes I have sent are gone. Useless a app.

Uploading pictures is a nightmare

They have an automatic detection system for your first picture to make it only contains you. That’s fine but it then prevents you from adding ANY additional pictures that have other people in them. What kind of logic is that??

Dilmil- you are terrible in almost every way (actually every way)

Get rid of a guy named Gurinderjit. He is maligning your reputation and app, and has plenty of other profiles. He is a fake and really verbally disgusting. He seems like a lost and pathetic soul.

Most users are unresponsive, only guys i think have to put clear pictures. Girls have such dull pictures here. They want you to pay so much where as other apps are much cheaper than the price they are asking. Clearly developer wants money that was the intention. Also, free goodies don’t get you connected nor likes. If u dislike or like its still going to count and u r going to wait for 24 hrs. U cannot be specific of who u want to see in religion or culture bcoz the app wants u to pay. Go for better app than this. Its worthless. Hinge provides 3 months for $19. Worth it. I connected with 6 people in a week.

I get it, most of these apps want you to pay to boost your profile. But when you pay it doesn't work and their developers can do nothing but tell you to 1. Get another feature for free for a week 2. Ask apple for a refund. Once I mistakenly selected a wrong personality trait. When I couldn't remove it their tech support said figure it out yourself we can't help it. And that's after weeks of following up in both cases. Can't believe they've got such inferior developers who can't fix their own app.

Most apps are terrible because of complexity , this is not. Very easy to use and the customer service is beyond amazing !! Plus everyone is so nicee
