DigitaleBox SASU, based in Neuilly (Paris Greater Area) France, is a European tech startup founded by Vincent Moncenis in 2013.
MISSION
A Community Manager manages a dozen of tools every day, free or freemium if limited features or paid with more advanced features, anyhow it always cost the time to become efficient and maintain every tool.
From publishing, moderating and analyzing to e-reputation and event management to emailing and SMS campaign, to crowdfunding, a community manager is either the best time manager ever or overwhelmed. The worse thing besides the waste of time in such fragmented environment is the technical dead end, it is impossible to synchronize tools, they do not communicate between each other.
Before DigitaleBox it was impossible to have such efficient system without having a large technical team and a significant campaign budget. « Our mission is to democratize Community Organizing Software, to give a large access to the technology to a small NGO, a local candidate, SMB and Gov, no matter what is their campaign budget » says Vincent Moncenis, DigitaleBox founder.
