Too Slow on 3G

This app is so slow on 3G you may as well forget it. I have used other apps for other systems with my IPhone 4 and they worked fine...don't go here!
Slooooow on 3G or LTE

Dissatisfied and confused
2013 is the last update? That is ridiculous, this is doesn't work half the time and is desperately needed for our business. Please update this app or if you don't know how just dissolve your company and quit selling these apps. Free is too much for something doesn't work.
