Can't buy more levels

I was enjoying this game for a while but after I finished the first set of levels it won't let me buy any of the other ones. The contact form on the game developer's website doesn't work on my iPad and they're not replying to my Facebook messages. I wonder if this game is just dead and not being maintained anymore?
Fun, challenging and entertaining

First map (18 levels) are free. Store is now finally working to purchase remaining three maps (54 levels total). Requires thinking, patience, and a lot of practice!

Super creative and fun. First stage is pretty easy. Gets harder if you purchase the other stages. I hope they offer harder stages.

Some of the reviews for this app are just "shake your head, funny". 18 levels and 1 hour of play isn't long enough for a trial! What??? Considering how few developers give you decent trials (without shoving adds down your throat), I'd say it's pretty generous. I've payed $2 with no trial and a game that ENDED after 1 hour of play! Someone isn't paying them $2 for what would equate to only a few weeks of entertainment. Huh??? How much did you pay for that last movie rental you made or purchased? How long did that entertainment last? $2 is too much for weeks of entertainment? You got to be kidding me. This must be a very bored person. The best ones would be the people calling them, and I quote from at least one review in particular, "greedy". They are greedy for charging a whole $2 for all the hours and effort it took them to make this game. To these people I'd like to say... Go to work tomorrow and tell your boss you are sorry for being so greedy and he no longer has to pay you for your work. Seriously, people, get some perspective. If $2 is going to kill you, should you even own an iDevice in the first place? I mean, how much did you pay for that and what was the point in paying for it if you think a $2 game is too much to pay to place entertainment on it!!! This game is great! It's fun but the free 18 LVLs probably only lasted me about an hour. So, is $2 worth 3 more hours of fun??? Absolutely!!! I would never have dropped as much cash as I did on an iPad if it weren't! I love this game, love the graphics, love the challenge (except the timed ones, those drive me crazy!) and love all the developers out there who spend so much time and effort into a game they only charge $2 for! You are all amazing! P.S. This game runs flawlessly on my device (iPad Air 2).
