Has legitimate utility.

Dictionary. com

It's the mind-stimulating app that defines words that in most usage are sparingly seen in writing or conversation that offers more precise meaning. Included is the story of how the word was born thereby adding understanding to the curious and gives efficient descriptive powers to the writer and/or erudite conversationalist! It is the stimulant that encourages me to enter the security info to my phone first thing in the morning, and, is available to me throughout the day.

Use it all the time

Loved it but what happened?

What the heck Dictionary? I paid $5 for the full version of the app and now it's not working. The basic thing that I used most does not work AT ALL. Offline dictionary. Where I live internet is very scarce and I depended on this for the dictionary and thesaurus and now I paid for the app because I loved the free version and it's not even doing what it advertised. Fix this problem because I would want my money back if this is really what I paid for - an app that doesn't work.

LOVE the App

Had this app as long as I can remember. It's perfect.

What a wordful tool to have at your fingertips!

I am an adult ADD person my pronunciation and therefore my spelling are atrocious. Being well educated I need to appear that way online and on paper. Spelling is crucial if you cannot pronounce the word properly. So many times my autocorrect often sits there unable to even try because my initial spelling is so bad. Great supplement to my language skills.
