I don't generally have too much call for a dictionary, but what I've seen on this app is OK - as long as you want British English rather than American. Let's face it, we spell a lot of words differently. The history bits are so/so. I do play hangman quite a bit, however, and this is primarily where the language difficulties enter the scene. I don't suppose that it would be possible to offer American English on this app?

I have an excellent vocabulary, yet I find myself using this constantly to make sure my instincts and spelling are correct. I especially love the pronunciations, find I'm frequently wrong and, surprisingly, frequently British. No. Kidding. All American, but sometimes can slide by a mistake by pretending it's a Brit pronunciation. Try the app. I love it.
