It's a rip off

They have promos to get free bonus rolls. I've done this twice and never got my bonus. I've opened tickets but it does no good. I opened a request 4.5 months ago. It takes a month to hear back and they either say the ticket is being closed due to no response, or they ask for proof of purchase, which has been provided 5 times. I don't recommend purchasing anything through Tapjoy, the company behind the promos. Support points fingers at Tapjoy and Tapjoy doesn't care.

The app is terrible in the fact that once opened you think it finally is ready for you to press but as your finger goes to touch the game you’d like to play some stupid thing (friend you DON’T want to play, other game...etc...) pops and you hit that. The developer needs to hit the books and make it work better. - Sincerely iPhone X user with 250Mbps speed and 5 outstanding games that I had to start with other people that don’t have the app that you POP’ed on my feed. Idiots.

Only game I play. Have been playing well over a year now. Current update, not the best. Just changed from 5 stars to 1 star. Explain to me why the enter tournament takes over and won't let you play at all? Why even do a review when it's not submitted. What is with the watch video? Freezes everything have to cancel then reinstall. Come on why fix something that is working fine. So I still see my review has not been posted. Have yet another new update from 9/11/17. Have installed multiple times, with no results. Very disappointed. Finally got it to work but lost all my dice and collars.

Fun game. But the tournaments are as rigged as it gets. Winning score is always 500-600. Yet I can’t get above 300. And I’ve played it daily for quite some time. And needs a way to resign games as it is easy to click a game with a random person that you don’t want to play with. Then you have to wait 7 days for it to go away. And scratch off tickets are a joke. Just scratched off 15 and won 1 bonus roll.

Total rip-off they take your bonus rolls one day you have 50 the next 10. And the scratchers are a JOKE!

I competed in a fast play tournament and won first place. The prize was 300 coins. After nine hours I still hasn't received my coins so I used the "contact us" link to ask for my coins. A few days later they emailed me back stating I had received my coins when I never had. This must be a flaw in the app because my mom also plays and never received her 5000 coin prize, and the support team denied her those coins as well. And another person on Facebook also played the same tournament as me, also won 300 coins, also didn't receive them, and the support team also denied her prize. So while the app is entertaining, what is the point if you're playing for prizes that are unreliable, the support team refuses to acknowledge that's there's a flaw with the app, they refuse to resolve the issue, or attempt to fix the flaw?

5 years ago I left an “I love this game” and gave it 5 stars. Today I’m giving it a star. I hate that I can no longer just restart a game with someone that I just finished a game with. I have to scroll waaaaay down (and I mean way down because I play a lot games with a lot of people) to find who I just finished a game with to restart it. I love playing with people that I started playing with 5+ years ago. I don’t like this update at all and yes I hate this one change enough to go down from 5 stars to 1 star. I have a long list of people who do not play regularly resulting in forfeited games.....why would I want to lose touch with the players who play as much as I do?!
