Dice!

It's my favorite way to roll digital dice!

Good app

Bigdad2985

I like the app, but it could use some upgrades. Most D&D Players are use to having 7 dice in a set. The app does not offer a full set without purchase. I understand developers need to be compensated for their time and work, but at least give a few options on a full base set to start with!

Very useful!

I've been using this application for the last year and a half. It's been very convenient in my various D&D and BESM games. It's quite popular among my friends as well.

An improvement

After the update it is easier to read the numbers, dice bounce around less but dice are still getting stuck and I have to re-roll them. But a very good update. I would recommend this app!

Amazing!

Best dice rolling app in the App Store

Shawneeglass710

I am beyond thrilled with the latest update. I was a huge fan on this app prior to the update, but having the ability now to disable advantage/disadvantage is what was needed to cement Dice & Dragons as THE virtual dice roller. 5 thumbs up and 13/10

Very good for D&D.

This die roller is very customizable. Save multiple presets with your attack and damage bonuses calculated in. Toggle advantage on and off, auto reroll if a number is below a certain set threshold, whats not to like? Add ons are an extra fee, but are not really necessary and are very inexpensive if you do decide to get them. The dice available for purchase look great as many have animated effects that you would never be able to replicate with their real life counterparts. Recent upgrades fixed a few bugs, so this thing is working pretty rock solid now. If there was a single flaw, it is that it seems to cater mostly to D&D, Pathfinder and other D20 systems for the time being. Perhaps with future updates they might expand their options to enhance some other popular RPG systems that utilize dice pools with a target difficulty (White Wolf, Shadowrun, etc). Looking forward to more updates and features in the future.

The new dice are awesome

I really like he new sci fi dice. I like using this app because I can switch back and forth between this app and the character sheet app I use when playing 5e. I use it sometimes for other d20 games because it's not specific to D&D. I like this app as opposed to other calculators because of the 3D effects.

This is a good app

It's pretty basic, but it has all the features you need and makes rolling attacks and damage an easy click. You can set up several different groups of dice to roll to handle multiple characters. All in all, well done and worth the little expense.

Excellent Dice App

This is a great little app that really makes rolling magical. The free portion is perfectly adequate to run your character or campaign however the additional options are very fun and reasonably priced (I mean when is the last time your purchased a colorful dice set for $1 - not to mention having flames and sound effects.) The ability to make combos is excellent and speeds up the game tremendously since you know immediately what AC you hit and how much damage you do. I would suggest when making the combos use short names - my main attack is a magical spear called the Sun Spear and I use SuSp as the name. Fire Bolt is FB, magic missile is MM1 for 1st level and MM2 for 2nd. Each combo can have its own icon and sound effect although if you are using a phone for this app I would leave the number of dice and icons at no more than 3 rows (you have 6 slots in each row) as more than that causes the to hit circle to cover part of the rolling board and sometimes you won't see your die if it lands there. An iPad is no problem as you have more real estate. I know some people are really missing the critical hit feature that 4e has but I spoke with the developer and they are working on it - the problem is that characters crit on different roles in 5e (such as 18-20). However if you have a combo set up you can roll your combo and then roll your damage dice and it will add it in. Overall this is a great app that captures the fun of rolling dice with the benefits of auto adding your bonuses. Get it. You won't be disappointed.
