This site has everything I need for my home and family. There are always great sales and competitive prices. The shipping is crazy fast and the customer service is extraordinary! As a first time mom and stay at home parent with no time to shop at 6 different stores for what we need Diapers.com is perfect.

Poor shipping and customer service

Their provider they choose to deliver their packages is absolutely horrible. The customer service representative told me they can not guarantee the next day delivery because they can't control what the driver from Ontrac does once they get the package. Mine has now been lost for several days. The company puts people on hold for 20-30 minute time periods and does not offer to overnight anything or refund even when it is their fault. I would just go and buy your products from the actual vendor itself rather than this company that does not stand by its shipping policy.
