It was fun until...

I reached Level 349. Judging from other reviews I did not get very far. This level is ridiculously hard and it is not even labeled as a “hard level”. It is only a game, and a free one at that! It is not supposed to be stressful. Players should be able to move on and not have to spend days or weeks on one level, nor should they have to spend money to move on. I guess I will not be playing this game anymore because of just this one level. That is too bad, it was fun while it lasted. (By the way, Blossom Blast is the same way.)

Won't connect to Internet

I'm on level 785 and after the last update it stopped connecting to the Internet. I can play put my progress is not saved. No additional lives or rewards. Can't buy anything either. Since December 18 I have been communicating with customer service with such advice as restart, make sure updated and my favorite save your progress and reinstall. If I could save my progress I would have Internet connection. This is a fun game but oh so glitchy Update 8-22-16 Horrible update. It is smaller now and all my lives were lost and none are accruing nor can you see if anyone asks you for a life. Other games like bubble witch saga are far more stable. Nor sure if this is supported by part time programmers. It's virtually impossible to move to another level without using premiums. Done. Don't get started.

When this app first did its latest update I absolutely hated it. It's jerky and slow and I lost all my loves my friends had sent to help me. But after playing for a while it's actually so much better. I was on the verge of quitting because the levels were taking forever to beat and some plain impossible without using cheats. But they are a lot easier and the game is fun again. I can love without the lives when it's not impossible to beat a level!

Game keeps ending abruptly

After this last version update my game keeps quitting. I'm in the middle of playing and the game just quits and closes. Happens every time I play. Won't bother to play until next update, I'll never move on at this rate. Please fix.

All the bad reviews disappeared overnight. It's a shame that the truth is being hidden. This game is awful after the update. Horrible graphics and horrible wait times between lives and levels. I'm quitting this stupid mess.

After the last update: 1. DD was completely erased from my phone and had to be re downloaded. (All lives from friends lost) 2. Game shuts down upon getting through the first screen to the second on whatever level. What's up? So annoying! Fix the bad update PLEASE!!!

This new update has ripped me off again on lives, login bonuses and when I go to use my tnt box (guessing the name) it won't let me put it where I want it only in the middle of the screen very frustrating and I'm possible going to delete it since lvls in the 400s need the special tools. Boo on this update boo
