Support personnel respond quickly and professionally. I really do wish others that join the tournament would play. Don't play one round just hoping you will win your share.....it's called cheating...and, it's not fair to the others playing the game. I must add it's addicting!

I love this game but my one complaint is playing with teams. I often find two or sometimes just me playing against the other team. If myself with the help of another wins the team strategy everyone on my team gets rewarded. Even the ones that have not participated at all. Find a way to boot the slackers or not reward them for non play. Also would love to have the opportunity to request a player to return to another match.
