How about letting me log in?

YO. I’ve been using this app for more than two years, and I got it on my new phone. Of course, the app won’t let me log in. In fact, it takes me OUT of the app. I’ve kept trying, deleted and installed it twice, restarted my phone, & closed the app. Not to mention this app is unreliable.>:(
Major crashing!!!!!
Video problems??
I had the app back in August 2016. Worked great then. Now I can’t even log in! Much less see any numbers. It’s a pity because I’m not even 100% this is the correct one for my G4. However I’m not going to re-download all the apps.

We use an iPhone 6 and we are noticing increased stability issues in recent weeks while monitoring our daughter through Share. The Follow app is also having issues with giving different numbers than what we see on the Share app. Is this app being maintained? Are there server issues? How much longer until the developers start paying attention?

The level of absolute trash that went into coding this app makes me question what elementary school grade Dexcom hires their programmers from. There is a character limit for your account password entry. I literally have to shorten my password because this app is the only one in this ridiculous suite of apps that won’t let me login.

I will never advise anyone to upgrade G4 due to no pairing, sharing and customer support is absolutely horrible! Do not upgrade & Dexcom shouldn’t have patients waiting DAYS for support to provide resolutions. Why wouldn’t Dexcom inform type 1 diabetics how to pair & fully setup new receivers????? Portal website doesn’t provide tutorial with active users. This is unacceptable.
