Crashes as soon as it opens

Can’t seem to get the app to open for more than two seconds. Would really like to have the reports concerning blood sugars, but not working. Please fix ASAP!

Same as the other reviews. When I try to open the app on my phone, it immediately shuts down. So frustrating!!!! Not impressed. Seems like this has been an ongoing issue with no responses from the developers. Other competitors sound pretty favorable right now.

I’ve had this app for over a year, and initially it worked well to get my endo my Dex data... but in the last four months, it won’t even launch. So now my data is stuck in my broken phone. Not cool, Dexcom. We are relying on this technology!

I have not been able to open this app for over a year. Every time you open the app it crashes and despite emailing numerous times for support, I’ve received no response nor has the app ever been fixed.

The past three versions of this app crash as soon as it opens!! Need to fix this app. Normally reports are informative and helpful in tracking CGM data over time. I haven’t been able to use this app in months. Current version still won’t launch for me. Crashes upon opening the app. Please fix!
