Played through on iPhone 6S. Quite an achievement getting this type of game to work as well as it does on the smaller screen. Solid and fun game.

First off, Deus Ex is a great series. So if your wondering if you should get this, yes, do it. FPS RPGs a rare breed in my opinion, and few get the formula right. Furthermore, I've been skeptical of touch screen games, especially more immersive, tactical fps type games like this. But Dues Ex The Fall delivers, and furthermore proves great iOS game developers can provide more "hardcore" games. Just get it.

I have been a huge fan of the deus ex games since invisible was and this was a great entry to hold me over until the next full console game comes out

In the realm of FPS games on mobile this one shines far brighter than the rest. The gameplay is smooth and fluid and fun with the augmentations. The graphics are far from the best with the NPC models. Some of them should probably see a doctor because they look like severe burn victims. Voice acting is passable. Not the best but far from the worst. Story wise it has potential but falls flat at the end. This game is about the same length as one mission in Human Revolution so it doesn't offer a ton of playtime if you're only following the main story missions. There are a few side missions but not a ton. The ending leaves obvious space for a second episode but we have yet to see it. It's a little disappointing in that respect which is why it is a 4 star game. It's incomplete and there's no sequel in sight. I want to see the game continued and perfected. I want to know what happens to Saxon, and the rest of the other Tyrants not present in HR. If we get another installment, I'll bump it to 5 stars. Pretty sure the fan backlash is what killed it though. It's Deus Ex on mobile. There are limitations. You can't expect console quality control on mobile. But I'll leave it at that. Definitely check it out. It's worth it.

Update - runs oh so smooth on an iPad Pro ....but the additional chapters.....please please please publish them....still very few games even come close to this one. It rocks! ---------- Update - new chapters??? It's been a year guys! --------- .....it crashes a lot on an iPad 2. Save often or you'll get screwed. Of course close everything else down and reboot too...but it's worth it! Can't wait for the next chapters!
