The story is amazing and beautiful. But the chapter tickets don't last very long and the coin prices are high. The price of trying to continue disrupts from the game. I'd rather just buy a manga book instead OR pay for a premium version of the app without interruption.

Terrible customer service

I spent money on this game to get some coins. I waited until it was done processing to see if that's what was wrong and still nothing. I wrote to customer service and they said they don't deal with financial inquiries. It's been over a month and I haven't gotten my money back. The game itself is pretty good though, I wouldn't spend money on it if it wasn't.

Doesn't credit all your purchases

I've really been enjoying this game but I've made 3 purchases for 100 coins each and only received credit for one of those purchases. My money is gone but my coins are not there. I sent a form to customer service but I haven't heard anything back. Please fix this because it's not cool to take peoples money for nothing.

I really love this game, I look forward to playing everyday my only issues with it is that the chapter tickets go way to fast and coins are really expensive for such a small amount, I would consider buying coins if you got more than what they give you.

I downloaded this game thinking it would be exactly like Midnight Princess. It is similar but it seems harder to get bells and harder to pass any of the challenges. I play multiple times a day to raise my grace and bells but it isn't easy. I'm giving up after I finish this story. They need to make it more like Midnight Cinderella, that game is much better. I can't pass a single challenge, I end up waiting a week or more trying to raise my grace or bells on my own since I refuse to spend money on these freemium apps. By that time I forget how the last chapter ends.

Update: my account was credited for my purchase. It took a little longer than anticipated but it's done! I still love the game but wish it was easier to earn items needed instead of always needing to make purchases! 4 stars because of the money thing although I will probably spend more on the future lol! I like the game but I am irritated that I made a purchase and have yet to receive my coins. If I do not receive my coins or my money back soon I am uninstalling and posting 1 star to all apps stating that they steal money....should not take this long...will update once issue is resolved.

I've read the reviews here and it looks like I wasn't alone in experiencing a little trouble with coins not getting credited, however getting the problem fixed was a lot easier than I thought it would be CYBIRD's app support was very kind and quick to respond, I had my missing coins back in less than a day. I hold no grudges whatsoever, they were really good to me Finally, as for the game itself, it's a nice otome game, similar to CYBIRD's Midnight Cinderella in terms of getting chapter tickets, story structure, basic gameplay, and events. I have a thing for the Bakumatsu Era though, so I do have a slight preference towards this one. The characters and story are all lovable, and if it isn't evident already, I really do love this app c:

I have read midnight Cinderella as well and I actually think this one is better, I like the story better, the guys are more attractive as well. I wish it wasn't so expensive, that's the only downside but you don't have to spend money, you get passes every 12 hours or so to watch 5 scenes, but the wait is horrible. Still, 5 stars because the story is good.
