App is buggy in iOS 7

I loved this app when I first started using it. Worked well and was easy. Since iOS 7 came out, however, it is frustrating and inefficient. A third of my screen goes black every 15 seconds or so. I have to stop what I'm doing, click elsewhere to get the screen back and then go back to work. Using this app now makes projects take 2-3 times as long.

The responses are far from instantaneous. There is a lag of several seconds between any movement, making it almost useless.

I've used this app for more than a year without any issues until the last update. The mouse movement and desktop navigation have become so slow and sluggish that its unusable. For reference Im using this app with an iPad Air connecting to a 2013 Mac Mini w/ i7 Processor & 500GB Samsung SSD.

I would give this program a 5 star rating but a 3" black square appears frequently in top left quadrant of desktop blocking view of work area of QBook acctg and Word 2010 legal word processing. Many times I have to back out of program and start again. Requested help a month ago and Antecea responded but closed my support request out before I had a chance to respond. Using iPad 2 with Lenovo 550 and W7 Ultimate. This program is one step short of enabling great convenience and comfort.

...would you please update the icon? It looks straight out of iOS 4. I love the functionality this app provides but the icon doesn't fit the vibe in iOS 7; it's distractingly tacky and outdated.

AAThis one does RDP and VNC just fine. Connect to any Mac, Windows or Linux box quickly and easily. Good controls, including 2nd mouse button clicks. Only thing I wish it had was SSH support as well. There are some display bugs due to iOS 7 (status bar on top of tool bar). Doesn't affect performance, just appearance. If you can live with that this is a good product.
Works better than more expensive apps

Works better in the touch control and wake up features than the expensive subscription VNC apps. Occasionally loses track of where the left side of screen preventing access to hot corners, etc.
Works unreliably with Bluetooth keyboard

I just got a Zagg keyboard cover for my iPad air, and when I launch Desktop Connect and try to type using the keyboard, it sometime doesn't work. At other times it does, and I haven't figured out the reason for the inconsistency. This isn't a problem with the keyboard since it works consistently for all other iPad uses.
