Can’t change my video thumbnail

I bought this app because a Youtube video guru said I can choose and change my uploaded FB videos while using my iPhone . It did NOT work. So I’m back on my desktop where I can do the job. Unless I’m doing something wrong .

If your having a tough time, try flipping the screen sideways and then turning it back vertical. If you’re still having a tough time then try going into mobile and then going back into desktop that should fix it.

I NEEDED THIS APP TO DOWNLOAD MY CASH APP STATEMENTS(EXPORT CSV), I TRIED SO MANY OF THE HIGHLY ADVERTISED APPS, MEANWHILE THIS ONE, WAS THE ONLY APP THAT WORKED FOR ME, WHOEVER CREATED THIS APP, DEFINITELY DESERVES HIS CREDIT!!
