Songs not downloadable anymore

I’m a platinum user and songs are not downloadable anymore. I even reached out through an email and got no response. When I try downloading, it said “download corruptible”.

I’m a Platinum user. Apparently no one monitors the reviews. They don’t respond to any issues but keep taking monthly payments from account. I will not recommend this app. I’m unable to download to the songs. Please response. Bimla

Your app is not user friendly! It’s too complicated format and making a personal song list was very difficult. Tambura and Savvan are much easier to handle them yours Also I tried to play my song list in continuity and it didn’t. Please remove the hundred useless things and make your app simpler Thanks.
Cannot download any songs inspite of being a platinum member

I cannot download any songs inspite of being a paid member (Platinum). Reported the issue to their support team and never heard back from them

I just don’t feel like wasting a single minute on writing a prolonged review. This app is pathetic. Takes zillions of minutes to load and no latest songs available....their latest means 1-2yrs old.

I used to use this app few years back and loved it when it was ad free. I reinstalled it after long time assuming it would be better now but and it does not load up at all. Loads the ad but nothing else comes up even if you wait for 10 mins starring at the screen. Very disappointed. Deleting it now and never again installing it back.
Connection issues but I love the app!

‘Could not connect to server’ I keep getting the above message when I try to log in with Facebook or create a new account. Please fix the issue as I love the app and don’t want to have to delete it.
