So initially when I find out that I had to download yet another app onto my phone for my new contractor, I was a little frustrated. But Deputy has actually turned out to be pretty cool. The best part is that I can go back and see my timesheets from every day since I’ve started. The second best part is that I can see everyone who is clocked into the system. That may not be necessary if you’re working in a small building or work alone mostly. But for a place where assistance from colleagues is an every day thing, it helps. It’s also very user friendly. The only thing that I would suggest is integrating an alarm into the app. Probably one that picks up on time sheet patterns and can remind you to clock in.

It's user friendly. I like how I can print the schedule 5 different ways. The customer service is great and always helpful.
Running total of hours

Great app but would be nice to see a running total of hours for the pay period. Some android platforms have it but not IOS.

Deputy just RUINED my calendar. My subscription expired and I deleted th app, but now EVERY DAY UNTIL THE UND OF TIME has an “event” telling me to resubscribe and go to their website!!! MY SUBSCRIPTION ENDED I DONT NEED TO NO LONGER HAVE USE OF MY CALENDAR

I've used Deputy on and off for a couple of years and I'm back to stay. This is the best timekeeping and scheduling app on the market. User friendly, accurate and just a great tool to use overall. Thanks for an app that exceeds expectations and makes accounting and payroll a breeze.

It's app that works, yet it freezes. Logs you out when you work on a desktop. What I don't like is that even though you assign someone a manager title - it doesn't give the same view as the initial account holder. Character limitations and no ability to attach pictures or files to a shift. It works and has worked for several months. I just found that it's time to grow into a more substantial app. I don't like the customer service / no phone number. It's always instant messenger. Not entirely helpful sometimes.
