Won’t let me log in

I can log in just fine with my user and password online but the app won’t let me do it.

Not sure

PhelineCat

I'm not sure if I should give it 2 stars… I'm a casual user who will probably never "do" anything with photos I use. I'm mostly looking for better photos of, for example, the Grifter in Chief to legally re-do memes on Twitter. I just want to find a decent, legal photo and a good background to display attractive font. I imagine most are done with a photo randomly chosen and passed around and around by people who don't know they shouldn't. Still, it looks like this is yet another service for me to pay an ongoing boatload of money, then $3+ to use anything. It's the ongoing boatload I have a problem with…and the constant chasing after public domain sources that end up being another expensive subscription +. Frustrating. I feel your pain for having your photos carted off willy nilly. I learned today a photo of my late dog is the front page of a Trojan Horse "movie" on Facebook Messenger. It's altered so it looks terrible in addition to being terrible

Needs Work

Depositphotos is an amazing service, but the app isn’t even usable for me. For someone who does a lot from my phone, not being able to even login my account is just odd. I try to login with my website info, and it tells me my password is too long... right. Please get this issue that’s been present forever, fixed, so I can spend more money with you and use photos on the go.

Awesome app

Ruslan.K

Really nice UI. Would be helpful if you could also browse videos using this app.

I love it!

If you have a Depositphotos account, get this app. I can comfortably search for images and build light boxes on my iPad right on my couch. Scrolling for images this way is so fast and more natural than on my Mac. Light boxes can then be reviewed either on my iPhone, iPad, or Mac while with a client/stakeholder. This is a great addition.

Needs a complete redo

No way to edit the search term. Forces you to scroll through hundreds of images of the same model. Show me a few and say there are more. Overall, really weak. The good news is thenDeposit Photos web site is really good. I'm heading back there as this does not work for searching.

I would *not* trust this company's subscription policies at all.

MJ from CA

To date, DepositPhotos owes my fiancé & I a minimum of $139.00 all of which was charged *after* I sent them a cancellation email revoking all rights to charge our card. They received it & even acknowledged my cancellation email in April 2015 when I sent it --- then kept charging our card anyway. When approached about the cancellation & refund, they did not address the refund at all (even though there's a trail in writing). They did, however, give me the directions to go to (apparently) the other website of another company who handles cancellations & seemed to assert that they cannot do anything else. I've used other photo companies who make signing up & canceling *clear* & are much better at customer service ... Buyer Beware

Way too expensive!

Missyc77

This companies subscriptions/pay-per-use charges are WAY more than other companies with similar vectors. No thanks!
