The app crashes every single week, giving me "free access" for a couple of minutes only, even though it recognizes that I have an "active subscription". You email and ask for help, and they recommend that you delete the app and reinstall it, which works, by the way, except that it is a very lousy way of running a business.
I was hoping to read DBJ on an iPad, but their text isn't Retina-quality. Everything is fuzzy when zoomed in, which is unacceptable given Retina iPads have been available for over *3 years* now. Here's hoping DBJ gets with the times.
I experienced the same problem not being able to sign in with my subscription credentials. I sent a message via the app support link and had a very quick response. The support person worked with the DBJ circulation folks and determined there is a problem with the local market. I was advised to download the “The Business Journals” app to use until the DBJ app issues are resolved. The Business Journals app works great ?
I have an active digital subscription. I had an issue where I was able to access the content on web site. However, at one point, the app suddenly does not allow me to login. It was eventually resolved, but there was about a week where users could not use the iPad app to download new issues. Glad it’s fixed.
