I’ve had this game downloaded for a while and went to play today and it won’t open at all. I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it still won’t open. Please fix this.

It was amazing extremely fun and interesting but I froze up one day on a story so I redownloaded the app but it was still frozen to this day I still can’t get through season 1 because it’s frozen
