Wish it would sync consistently

App worked great for a few weeks. Then stopped syncing from Coinbase. Tried re-authenticating over and over again but won’t import at all anymore.

I want to like this app… it looks decent on the iPad and should give me visibility into multiple wallets and exchanges… should. But it works for a day or two and then drops it’s connection to Coinbase. Submitted a ticket - hoping the devs have an answer, because it’s less than useless to me like this. Worse, when it doesn’t sync, there is no visible indicator so I have to know when the numbers don’t match… Isn’t that the entire purpose of this app? I have tons of notifications - zero of them say, “we couldn’t update your portfolio”…

The App looks like it has lots of nice features. But..The app lists the data used to track you and data not linked to you but to get a pro accoiunt, you have to apply to a service(E-toro) that collects LOTS of additional information in the interest of"anti money laundering" etc. Even though it is not an exchange or brokerage, they still want a copy of a valid ID and they will stil use that info for anti money laundering, fraud, sanctions and politically exposed person checks. They also run credit checks and monitor what websites you used prior to logging in. I just want an app I can monitor my account with, I don't want to be monitored by others for advertisement, regulation or any other purpose.

They still display ads even if you pay for it. And as someone who hates ads with a passion, and will pay to get rid of ads, that’s a serious problem for me.

I pay for Pro and every time I try to sync it to a new device it get errors and it doesn’t work. One of the main features of Pro is being able to sync up to 5 devices so what’s the point? Also there isn’t a real Mac app and there isn’t a web site you can log into so you’re essentially stuck with everything on your phone. Which is fine but also pretty limiting.
Syncing the wallets take way too long

I am a pro user and syncing the wallets take more than a couple of hours !! It’s important to check my crypto multiple times while trading. Please get it fixed
