Saving ID to wallet doesn't work

Clicking the option to save the id card to the wallet does nothing. The method to set a preferred dentist is obscure. (The only way I could do it is to search for a dentist and then click the tiny star at the top.) Why can't it default to showing the dentist you've visited? Also, can't get help: both the App Support and Report a Problem links just go to the Delta Dental "about" web page, which has no links to get app support or report problems.

My dentist isn’t in the network so my cleanings aren’t covered at 100%. But the app states that is to be covered at 100% wether it’s in or out of network. After contacting Delta and explaining this to them and even sending them a screenshot at they’re request. They STILL haven’t changed the info on the app after one year now. What good is the app if the info is in accurate!

Can’t log on with valid account

Can’t really give it a review as it will not let me log in. Unusable. Update: received email from developer stating I should contact them with details of problem. (Try reading the review, pretty simple issue when the app won’t let you log in)
Needs serious improvement

I keep trying to login and the app keeps telling me I’m entering the wrong user ID and password. I have no problems signing on the website. Also, why does the app require me to keep signing in when I turn on the fingerprint recognition. This shouldn’t be complicated.
Can’t view claims

App doesn’t work. When you click to view claims, it says “Unable to contact your Delta Dental member company. Please try again later.” Been like that for few days. App use to work. I emailed the address given in the reply with no response. Still unable to view claims.
Rubbish!

I hope the insurance coverage is better than this app. Once you log in, it takes you to the next frame and freezes there with the toothbrush tooth logo. I uninstalled and reinstalled this app and it still does it! The only thing this app is good for is a screenshot of your insurance card.
