Hello, I would like to say that this app is amazing because it is perfect for someone who is working and have no time to go out and buy food for themselves. However, I will gladly increase the rating for this app if you can expand the delivery service to other areas of Penang too. Looking forward to the update!

Bad first impression

We were excited to try this app after the phase-out of uber eats in Malaysia. Sadly, our food arrived almost 40 minutes after a notification that it was on the way, and we received our pizza cold and soggy. Hopefully this is not delivereat’s service standard.
