Doesn’t work

So- since the release last night - I literally downloaded the app within seconds of being notified-I’ve tried 3 different times to try to use this. I have an inbox that has about 28k emails (don’t judge - it’s my junk inbox). I’ve tried deleting multiple senders and single senders and it doesn’t work. It acts like it’s going to delete them and it thinks forever - but nothing happens. When I open the app again, they are still there. Due to having so many emails - it takes forever to open it each time which takes up time on my phone and if I have to do something else on my phone in the middle of the email download I have to start all over. To be fair, I tried contacting developer support through the App Store before this review but their site didn’t work either... I’d be happy to change the review if they figure this out... but - in the mean time - it’s a waste of money.

I have never purchased a more worthless app! A screen opens with no instructions, or help! You fill out the info the best you can, then push return, nothing happens! No way to get any help. With I could give 0 starts!

They don’t tell you that it only works with imap accounts. If you’re using pop it’s totally useless. Absolute waste of my money. I could manually delete my emails with the time I wasted trying to get it working. In response to the response, your description is not clear and your claim otherwise is misplaced. It would be easy enough to just say “this App doesn’t work with pop email.” But then you’d lose some unsuspecting purchasers. I want a refund. It’s only 5 bucks but you don’t deserve my money.

It worked beautifully all I want to know is now the emails that I deleted will I ever receive emails again . From previous contacts . It seems no emails are coming in at all please respond
