This app is easy to use and you can quickly modify your photo & test out different effects before you pick one & save the resulting abstract image. I have not checked the resolution yet, but as long as it saves a high resolution version then this is a solid 5-star app. You get lots of effects without in-app purchase, but for a reasonable cost of $2.00 you get ALL the effects, which are 99cents each I've purchased separately. So it is wiser to purchase them all together rather than just buy one. If you like abstract art, you'll love playing around with this app

It would be great if after applying an effect you could have manual control over how it should be applied on the image. Otherwise you're kinda stuck with the automated process of the app.

Everybody can use more apps, but the ones that are already in this app are terrific.

This app needs to get with it. It has like 3 out of 12 practical filters and no instructions on what any of the buttons do. Have to save a pic and then open that one as a new edit if I want to layer anything.
