Buggy, buggy, frustrating

Wrote review earlier, before I deleted the game. I got to level 140 after much, too much, frustration, then dumped it. I reloaded the game just recently, July 2016, and it isn't any better. The pop up ads and "watch a video to get ...." offers still cause the game to lock up and close taking you back to the desktop. Even without clicking on these "offers" the game will regularly lock up. Very, very poorly written, and apparently no support from the publisher.
BIG BAD BUG

There is a major bug in this game. All my progress reset!!! I was level 23 or so and on the 5th region and I just got on ( Aug 22nd 7:45) and my progress was back to level 1 region 1! This needs to be fixed! I love the game but this is a major bug
Worse in-app game ever

Do not get this game unless you want to spend all of game playing time dealing with pop up adds and requests to upgrade weapons. This is hands down the worse game I ever downloaded.

The timer clock does not run so the game doesn't move forward with upgrades or energy refill

Don't get because you cannot transfer progress to new devices. I had to get a new phone and lost 2 years of progress. The makers of the said can't be transferred ??Glu Mobile. The game was fun until I lost all that progress???
