There are only 5 choices of ambient sounds/music. Most have music but you can lower the sound of the music if you like, I personally prefer the music. I actually like that it doesn't have too many choices which could overwhelm you. But maybe 2 or 3 more would be fine. Overall great and free!

Love this app and have reco to my friends. Lulls me to sleep and I stay asleep till me alarm goes off. It drowns out the birds chirping at 5:30 too.
