Glitchy and when it glitches, it has not saved, you lose progress

This game needs a periodic save feature. If you have to close the app because it glitches on a level (which is OFTEN), and you have to reboot the app, you lose all progress you made, but you don't get back the "hats" you spent on the level. Very frustrating. If it saved periodically, then you could go back to the previous save.

Signals do not work correctly

This could be a great game but its to full of errors. Train crash because of poor signals that have yet to be fixed. Also it’s been over 3 years for a developers software update...so no support. Deleted it.

Tutorial levels are easy. After that, it is a lot of fun to sort out the needs of the cities and industrial buildings. Also a lot of fun to sort out the track layouts, which get complicated. But, once layout of tracks and trains work, beautiful to watch. Save the hats for the high levels when you need to use them to get good locomotives that are fast and have lots of train cars.

Well when I saw this game I had a huge sigh since it basically similar to Sid on PC. There are soo many bugs such ad when you want to play a song it basicly freezes the game.

Has lots of potential, but also plenty of bugs. The signals do not consistently work. The Game essentially stops with Australia, as you can't win it even if you meet all the goals... It never gives you the win screen to progress you to the next scenario.

Squash the bugs and you might have a good title.

Gameplay would be enhanced if THE SIGNALS ACTUALLY WORKED!!! For a project that slightly more than a straight pinch of Sid Meiers Railroad Tycoon you would think the devs could get it right. I made the mistake of making an in-app purchase, the game crashed, I lost all the hats purchased. Tech "support" said "sorry we will try to fix it on the next release" I'm guessing this is the only release. DO NOT MAKE IN-APP PURCHASES, it's just throwing money away. If you want hats, play johanasburg over and over until you have what you need. Devs, like the title says, squash some bugs and you might get a review higher than one star. As of right now I give this title ZERO STARs.

Got this app looking for something to satisfy my Sid Meier's craving, and while not as epic as RR Tycoon, this is a good quality strategy game. It still has some bugs in it, but that's pretty standard for a new app. Very addictive otherwise! Things I'd like to see in future versions... A way to save progress on a level in order to try different strategies without completely ditching your progress. A scoring system to track high scores and challenges on levels, and ability to challenge friends. Ability to save and/or share solutions for future reference or bragging rights. Store purchased trains rather than trashing them when modifying tracks. Ability to pick which car gets removed rather than ditching all the cars behind the one you want to remove. Some other thoughts as well, but this is a good starting point! Oh, and I tried to purchase some hats, but the marketplace is currently buggy. Thanks again for making this quality strategy game. Can't wait to see where you take it from here!
