While this might not seem like an extraordinary app, it really is. Too often, despite the best intentions, workouts are often foregone- ostensibly because "there isn't enough time" but really, it's generally because of laziness. IMHO there are few workouts better than the venerable "Gotch Bible"- the deck of playing ards as the randomizer for a body weight or supplemented workout. I tried the free app, was very impressed, and went ahead and sprung for the full version. Best $3 I've spent in quite a time since I can now customize the deck with any exercise I want. I travel frequently and having this app ensures that I'll always be able to get a totally unpredictable workout.

Handy when you are stuck indoors or want to mixup your workout. Pro Version does not suggest any exercises -- you must make them up and input them. No pics showing how to perform the exercises. But ideas and exercise forms can be gleaned from Internet. Overall, a good, effective app and reasonably priced. I recommend it.

Though it seems very simple, it's actually quite fun and effective. It's nice for changing up your workout. Using this app every day really helped my muscular and cardiovascular endurance. I'll take this idea and use a real deck of cards in the future if I don't have access to this app. I think the idea behind this app is really interesting and creative. Highly recommended, 5 stars.

This is the best App I've purchased, i use it at the gym and it's so intense that it even gets the trainers wondering what I'm doing. If your looking to get fit and gain Stregnth this high intensity workout is for you and this is hands down the best App of its kind!

Love this app. I use it as a filler strength workout when I can't get to the gym. If you do this three time a week you'll notice a difference. The random nature of the cards is really cool. Feel the pump!
