Disappointed

crankyguy

App worked sporadically w my latest iOS iPhone 6. Tried pro. Same problem. Not worth the hassle.

Requires a monthly subscription

Leehster

This may technically be an excellent app, but I’m seriously tired of downloading apps to find out afterwards, a monthly subscription is required. This should be disclosed somewhere in the app description.

Stay away

Ottakoti

Had this for a year and uninstalling now. So many ads so many video spams. It is insane apple allows this app in the app store. This feels like android from 2012. Shame!

Cancel?

deperemom

App did what I was hoping but now I’m unable to cancel it. Policy indicates no commitment. Cancel anytime. When I go into settings to do so as indicated, I am unable. Email Support does nothing. Sent email thru the skyPaw app and 2 days later I was still charged with no response.

Very good product

Works well and the chart on the side is very useful.

Not free

Appears to be free app. Then charges monthly subscription.

Great customer support experience

Downloaded the app and didn’t like it, but I couldn’t find a way to cancel it. I sent an email to the support, they responded quickly and provided the link to cancel my subscription!

Cant play music while using the app

ToddlersDad

Huge bug in this app. It tries to hold audio playback focus while only listening.. Either Ads pop up every single time then it crashes. Or Upgrade to professional offer then crash. Useless!

Constant Crashes

I really like what this app is trying to do and the presentation of data. That said, the problem is I cannot keep it open for more than a few seconds on my iPhone XR before it vaporizes. It closes without so much as a “fare-thee-well” or an error message. I would actually buy the pro version if the app were stable.
